SMS MESSAGING TERMS OF SERVICE

Foxfield Mortgage LLC operates an SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who have booked an appointment through foxfieldmortgage.com or our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will send you an SMS to confirm you've been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@foxfieldmortgage.com or by calling (720) 309-2915 during business hours.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
